Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Ayden, NC. These part-time positions offer a flexible schedule and the opportunity for full-time as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs, and data collection. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage clients physically.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and capability to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education background

Reliable transportation
