Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering entry level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. These part-time positions provide the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Successful candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implement treatment plans, and collaborate with families and clinical teams for client success. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a pathway to advance from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
