Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Jeanerette, Louisiana. The positions are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, allowing professionals to work closely with children with autism.

Responsibilities include 1:1 work using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and participating in team meetings. They offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a career growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and assist in physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
