Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism in Hendersonville, TN. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
