Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Gastonia, NC. This part-time position allows for the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel may be necessary.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and track data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Education
