Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Mebane, NC. Part-time positions are available with the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
