Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Part-time positions are available, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation needed for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
