Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Columbia, SC. The roles are part-time but can grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Qualifications include a high school diploma and preferably a background in ABA therapy or related fields. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Ability to engage physically during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans set by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Education
