Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Colts Neck Township, New Jersey. The roles offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a pathway to grow into full-time positions.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress. Candidates need a high school diploma and experience in ABA therapy is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
