Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Clarkston, Washington. The positions are part-time with potential growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Ideal candidates should possess reliable transportation and a high school diploma, with experience in ABA therapy being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
