Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Burlington, WA. These positions provide the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage clients actively.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s is a plus).
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel locally when required.
• Ability to actively engage clients, go from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
