Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism in Blythewood, SC. These part-time positions offer the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

You will work closely with a supervising BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track client progress while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
