Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in Aurora, Illinois. These positions focus on working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies while being supervised by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients, moving between sitting and standing unassisted.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress and communicate with families.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
