Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Winston-Salem, NC. These part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand. Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; higher education in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is essential for local travel.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and meetings.
