Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in related fields is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is advantageous.
• Reliability and willingness to travel locally when required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress data using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions, team meetings, and training.
