Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism. Positions are part-time with a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
