Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Huffman, Texas, with part-time opportunities leading to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
