The roles include working 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is essential, and local travel may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
