Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in various settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes.
