Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's Panama City Beach is seeking friendly bartenders to join a fun, fast-paced team. You will greet guests, take orders, mix cocktails, and help ensure great guest experiences in a casual dining environment.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with opportunities for meal perks, paid training, and career growth as part of a growing franchise. Candidates must be able to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
