Qualifications

• Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, hotel, or event-service preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service skills.
• Dependable and punctual when a shift is accepted.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to carry trays, plates, and typical banquet-service equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.
• Reliable transportation to Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional food and beverage service for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations.
• Set and maintain guest tables, buffets, and service areas.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, and beverages.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, polished event space.
• Assist with event setup, resetting, and breakdown as needed.
• Follow Chateau Luxe service standards and event-specific instructions.
• Work professionally and collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary staff, bartenders, and other event personnel.
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests throughout the event.
