Garden Spot Village At Home seeks a compassionate Per-Diem Caregiver to support clients in their own homes within Lancaster County, PA. You will assist with personal care, daily routines, and light household tasks, building meaningful connections while promoting safety and independence.

Flexible per-diem scheduling is available; training is provided if needed, and you will join a purpose-driven team dedicated to compassionate care and client comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to understand and align with Garden Spot Village At Home's mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as contracted, including bathing, continence care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, shaving, and nail care.
• Assist with daily routines, meal preparation, and household tasks per the care plan.
• Support clients' safety, comfort, and independence at home.
• Follow care plans and policies; maintain documentation and report observations.
• Attend trainings and participate in in-services relevant to the position.
• Answer phones and assist clients with calls as needed.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality; work per-diem with flexible cases.
