Job summary

VCA Seaside Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team with a flexible opportunity to work between two privately owned veterinary practices in Lumberton and Fairmont, NC. The role offers a tailored 3–5 day workweek with no weekends or emergency/on-call shifts required, though those opportunities exist for interested doctors.

We handle a diverse medical and surgical caseload, including many rescue cases.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree required.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in North Carolina.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality patient care.
• Comfortable managing general small-animal medical cases.
• Surgical experience is preferred but not required.
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
