Basic Clinical Requirements

• High-quality, independent post-grad hospital experience, including:

• Small animal GP with dynamic mentorship.

• ER experience with mentorship.

• Completion of a challenging internship program.

• Confidence to work independently in hospitals with active support from the IndeVets community.

• Minimum of 25 hours/week availability.

• Active veterinary license/DEA license/CDS license (if applicable) or ability to obtain one in your state.

• Strong clinical skills and excellent client communication.

• Internship training is a plus.

Qualifications

As a W2 employee with full benefits, your salary is guaranteed for both full- and part-time roles. FT starts at 34 hours/week, PT at 25 hours/week. Vets are paid hourly, with additional earnings possible for extra hours. The current hourly rate ranges from $77.00 to $85.00, depending on location and experience, with opportunities to earn more through additional shifts.
