Job summary

Purple Communications, Inc. is seeking an interpreter to deliver high quality American Sign Language interpreting via video and on-site at various customer locations.

You will be responsible for accurate interpretation, professional conduct, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct. The position is part-time/flex with a pay range of $15.74 to $65 per hour, depending on location, education, certifications, and state wage minimums.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English.
• Able to provide accurate interpretation.
• Strong understanding of Deaf culture.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• 3–5 years interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure or credentials as applicable.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
