Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree.
• Background in Education or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with children, teaching, tutoring, childcare, or in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans, classroom procedures, schedules, and instructions as provided by the lead classroom teacher.
• Supervise and monitor students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and other school events.
• Support classroom management using positive behavior guidance and social-emotional techniques.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff as needed and assist with other school responsibilities as assigned (Morning/Afternoon carpool, Lunch/Recess duty, etc.).
• Comply with all Mason Preparatory School policies and procedures, and expectations.
