Legacy Property Management seeks a skilled Apartment Turnover Maintenance Technician to join our Portland team. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units, ensuring they are ready for new tenants and meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspections of vacated units, timely turnovers, and collaborating with property management to ensure a smooth transition for new residents, while maintaining safety and organization across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct inspections of vacated units, identifying necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Execute timely and efficient turnovers of vacant apartments, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property management staff.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
