Job summary

Southcoast Health in Southeast Massachusetts seeks board-certified/board-eligible anesthesiologists to join our premier team. We offer flexible scheduling, a diverse case mix, and a market-leading compensation package tailored to your lifestyle and career goals.

Compensation includes a $625,000 base package for two calls per month, plus a $50,000 quality bonus, with incentivized call schedules that can add $100,000 to $230,000 in extra income. 4- or 5-day options are available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across level II trauma centers and outpatient centers.
• Collaborate with CRNA and surgical teams within hospital and surgery center settings.
• Participate in in-house hospital and home call options.
