Qualifications

• Education/Certifications: Associate degree, 48 semester hours, or passing Paraprofessional Assessment exam.
• Minimum qualifications: ability to lift heavy objects (20+ lbs.), cooperate with staff, be dependable and punctual, maintain confidentiality.
• Preferred: strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist program coordinator with elementary students on educational and enrichment activities.
• Work before and after school on MCPS school days with flexible schedule.
• Possibility of additional hours on non-school days; up to 25 hours per week.
