Job summary

Budding Futures ABA in Firestone, CO is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This in-person role offers $24–$30 per hour, with either full-time or part-time scheduling based on your availability and credentials.

You will collect data, follow treatment plans, support skill development, and communicate with the care team. Active RBT certification or willingness to complete training is required, along with reliable attendance and a passion

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
Collect accurate data during each session.
Communicate consistently with supervising BCBAs and care team.
Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive presence with families.
