Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Pensacola, FL. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing training and supervision, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment. Pay is $20–$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
