Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in home settings for children with autism in Long Branch, New Jersey. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data on treatment goals, and help build communication, social, and independence skills.

Flexible afternoons/evenings and some weekends offered, training provided. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a passion for helping families; reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus (not required).
• Reliable transportation is required for home-based visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends is preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
