Peak Autism Center is seeking compassionate applicants for ABA Technician roles in Michigan. The position involves working with children in clinic and home-based sessions to support learning and behavior change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (associate degree or higher preferred).
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation required for travel to home-based sessions.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision.
• Comfortable working in both clinic-based and home-based environments.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining consistency for clients and families.
• Ability to actively engage with children during sessions, including play-based learning and behavior intervention strategies.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the ABA field.
