Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated ABA professionals to provide one-on-one services. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or deliver in-person care in our service states, with a two-month paid training period and ongoing clinical support.

We offer true flexibility and a strong support network, including CEUs, mentorship, and peer groups. The team has strong leadership and a track record of promoting internally, with opportunities for growth and development across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
