Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Suffolk, NY is seeking a Special Education ABA Instructor to support children with special needs across home, community, and clinic settings.

The role offers a flexible schedule, ongoing supervision, and a pay range of $52.00–$58.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience and education. We provide training on our paperless system, supportive supervision, and access to benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS certifications/licenses from the list provided.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth–21 years in a natural setting.
• Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (HIPAA/state/federal rules) within timelines.
