Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA professionals in McPherson, KS to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You’ll work with a supportive clinical team, implement treatment plans, and help clients build independence with data-driven strategies.

The role offers training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide ABA network. Prior RBT training is required, and no experience is necessary beyond completion of the 40-hour course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
