Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a devoted ABA Technician to provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. You will implement strategies developed with a BCBA and document progress across sessions.

This role offers part-time options with a direct pay rate of $24.88–$33.37 per hour, paid training, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days; training provided.
• Ability to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites with reliable transportation.
• High School or higher education; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
