Job summary

S.E.E.K. Arizona, LLC is seeking a part-time Home and Community ABA Technician to implement therapy programs in clients' homes and community settings. You will collect behavior data, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing supervision to ensure fidelity to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors.
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment.
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions.
