Responsibilities

• Check bus condition daily including brakes, steering, lights, signaling devices, emergency doors and tires.
• Keep the bus clean, both inside and out.
• Maintain proper fuel level and safe operation of the bus.
• Ensure discipline for safety as needed.
• Provide route instructions and safety procedures at term start and as required.
• Strive to run buses on route and on schedule; ensure regular service.
• File required reports and attend safety meetings.
• Supervise children during transport with emphasis on safety of smaller pupils.
