Qualifications

• Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food that looks and tastes good. Samples food before putting it on the line.
• Maintain knowledge of measurements and use of scales.
• Follow recipes and catch recipe errors.
• Promote high sanitation standards and safe food handling.
• Follow work schedule and complete tasks with limited supervision.
• Assist manager to ensure adequate food, supplies, and equipment.
