Job summary

Celerion, a clinical research leader, seeks a Consumer Study Coordinator in Richmond, VA to support consumer opinion studies on nicotine and tobacco products. This 30 hours/week role offers flexible scheduling and benefits eligibility.

You will coordinate participant activities, screen and train participants, enter study data into our systems, and manage panelists’ paperwork with a focus on clear communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates with at least two years of customer service experience.
• Administrative skills and flexibility to work during a varied schedule are required.
• Consumer/market research experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations.
• Enter and update study information into computer systems.
• Collect and organize panelists’ paperwork and documentation.
