Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in Barnes Lake, MI. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to support independence at home.

The position is long term, part-time (11 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. Pay is $22 per hour (base $18 with a $4 bonus). A background check and TB skin test are required, and training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB test required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Support the veteran in daily activities within a home care setting.
