Job summary

Tummy Time Academy in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one therapy to children aged 0-3 in their homes, daycares, or community settings, with admin support handling paperwork.

You’ll travel to sessions, reflect on progress with families, and adapt activities to improve fine motor, sensory processing, play skills, and regulation, while teaching families how to incorporate activities into daily routines.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 OT to children 0–3 in family settings.
• Travel to session locations.
• Review progress with families after sessions.
• Assess skills to tailor goals.
• Demonstrate exercises and adapt play to support goals.
• Guide families to integrate activities into daily routines.
• Share session notes with families using provided tech.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for quarterly progress.
• Initial and annual evaluations handled by another team.
