Job Title:Field Service Technician
Location:Oklahoma City, OK – Remote Field-Based with Daily Customer Visit
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Pay Rate: $18/hr to $20hr

Role Impact
As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting self-service banking technology by installing, maintaining, and repairing ATMs and related devices. Whether you're new to the industry or bringing prior experience, you'll be trained in diagnostic procedures, safety protocols, and basic field repair. You'll be the face of the operation at customer sites, responsible for keeping machines operational and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Duties
• Perform field-level maintenance, repairs, and part replacements on ATM machines
• Use error codes and service logs to diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and submit repair status updates
• Own customer issues through to resolution per SLA standards
• Follow site safety and security protocols in financial environments
• Complete required training and ongoing certifications
• Accurately log all activity, including repair reports and daily field status
• Travel daily between customer locations based on dispatch or set routes

Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–1 years field tech or repair experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone (iOS/Android) to receive dispatches and documentation
• Personal set of basic tools (e.g., #1/#2 Phillips and flathead screwdrivers)
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in kneeling or standing positions
• Available for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and on-call support

Core Tools & Systems
• Diagnostic software for ATM fault logging
• Field dispatch and mobile service management apps
• Mechanical/electrical repair tools
• Inventory tracking and service reporting systems

Preferred Skills
• Associate degree in electronics, IT, or related technical field
• Previous experience with ATM or kiosk hardware
• Familiarity with customer service in a field technician environment
A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
