Job description

Gopuff is looking for Flexer Operations Associates (also known as “Flexers”) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, Flexers will help staff our facilities during peak hours or to cover teammates’ time off. Flexers control their work hours, with a minimum of 16 hours per month, and most shifts lasting 4 hours. Shifts may vary in length and are scheduled based on your availability.

The Flexer role is vital to our success and requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include:

1. Picking and packing orders for dispatch
2. Receiving products, verifying counts, and resolving discrepancies
3. Inventory management and re-shelving canceled orders
4. Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
5. Managing waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
6. Communicating with customers about substitutions or out-of-stock items

Perks include flexible scheduling, with the ability to work up to 35 hours per week, and varying weekly schedules based on your availability.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (preferred, not required)
• Availability for at least 16 hours per month, up to 35 hours per week

Physical and safety expectations include:

• Handling, scanning, and moving products safely
• Standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking during shifts
• Using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Lifting up to 20 pounds
• Handling products containing tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
• Working in freezer locations periodically
