Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a technical BA with strong SQL skills and techno-functional knowledge in Flexcube Banking to drive requirement gathering and interface design. The candidate will engage with partner systems, manage stakeholders, and contribute to Agile project activities.

Experience in Flexcube modules, accounting events, CASA, loans, Swift messaging, and lending is crucial, along with proficiency in Visio for flow diagrams and interface design documents.

Qualifications

• SQL coding experience for backend data validation and analysis.
• Stakeholder management and requirement gathering across multiple partner systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project management fundamentals.
• Experience with interfaces and design documents, including flow diagrams.
• Exposure to Flexcube banking modules and related accounting events, CASA, loans.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with partner systems for interface design and integration.
• Prepare interface design documents and flow diagrams (Visio).
• Lead or participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to drive clarity and alignment.

Job description

1. The candidate should have fair techno-functional knowledge in Flexcube Banking to act effectively as Tech BA.
2. The candidate should have good experience in Flexcube module tables, development aspects, functional knowledge on Accounting events, entries, CASA , Loans, Swift messaging, Lending, etc.
3. Should be a Technical BA, so he should have strong knowledge in SQL coding
4. Should have experience in preparation of Interface Design documents including Flow Diagrams using Visio, etc.
5. Should be good in stakeholder management as this role will involve meetings/discussions with Partner systems for Requirement gathering, document preparation, etc.
6. Candidate should have knowledge in Project management, Agile / Scrum technologies.
