Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving company or client vehicles.
• Background check and drug screen required where law allows.
• Must be at least 18 (21 for armed positions).
• Reliable and adaptable to different posts; operate radios/monitors.
• Strong oral and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and mediate conflicts.
• Teamwork and attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators and control entry/exit points.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Prepare reports on incidents with logs as required.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
