Penske Logistics is hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers to travel regionally in the Midwest, delivering bread products to customers. You will operate late-model Penske trucks with in-cab cameras, making 5–10 stops weekly and earning competitive pay with sign-on bonus and incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required to comply with federal law.
• Work the required schedule and location; complete Penske application and background checks including drug screening.
• Role is safety-sensitive under DOT guidelines; ability to work in a state of alertness is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally throughout the Midwest to work weekly assignments at various locations.
• Deliver bread products to customers using pre-stacked wheeled dollies; no store deliveries.
• Bread products may be palletized and unloaded with an electric pallet jack.
• Average 5 to 10 stops per week.
• Drive late-model Penske trucks with in-cab cameras for safety.

What you will do:

This position requires the driver to travel regionally throughout the Midwest to work weekly assignments at various locations as needed

Deliver bread products to customers using pre-stacked wheeled dollies, allowing for easy roll-off deliveries and roll-on returns, with no store deliveries required

Bread products may be palletized and unloaded using an electric pallet jack

Average 5 to 10 stops per week

• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
