Penske Logistics in Naperville, IL is seeking full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers for regional travel. You will perform multi-stop deliveries to retail stores, unload with pallet jacks, and use a scanner. Trips are primarily evening/night and Monday–Friday. The role offers an average annual pay around $110,000, travel incentives, a safety bonus up to $1,000 annually, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• DOT medical card required or ability to obtain one.
• 1 year (or 2 years) tractor-trailer experience in the last 3–5 years.

What you will do:

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to retail stores
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks and hand carts
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Primarily evening/night routes, with dispatch times varying based on route assignment
• Routes typically begin around 8:00 p.m., with end times varying based on the assigned route
• Monday-Friday

You will drive:

• Late-model, Penske-maintained trucks
• Best-in-class specifications designed for comfort and safety
• Automatic day cab with dry van trailer and liftgate
• Equipped with inward- and outward-facing in-cab cameras, helping to ensure safety for all

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
