Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking full-time CDL Class A Truck Drivers based in the Memphis area and regionally across the US. The role involves extensive travel, multi-stop deliveries, and unloading using pallet jacks, with modern Penske trucks and a comprehensive benefits package.

Average earnings around $120,000 annually, with performance incentives up to $10,400 and a driver referral program up to $5,000 per referral. Expect to be away from home 1–2 weeks per assignment and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in home state.
• Current or able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Willingness to work the required schedule and undergo background check and drug screening.
• Role is safety-sensitive under DOT; must maintain alertness and safety.

Responsibilities

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $120000 annually
• Additional performance incentives available, up to $10,400 annually

What you will do:

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

Schedule:

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
• Drivers can expect to be away from home 1-2 weeks per assignment
• Drivers will travel to assigned location, and work from there for duration of work assignment

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
